This 1993 Porsche 928 GTS is one of approximately 190 examples produced for the North American market for the model year and is said to have been one of six examples sold new in Canada that were equipped with a five-speed manual transaxle. It was registered under original ownership in Canada until it was imported to the US in 2022, and it now has 88k kilometers (~55k miles) following the selling dealer’s acquisition in 2023. A Magenta interior was specified from the factory along with an electric sunroof, integrated fog lights, a limited-slip differential, 17″ Cup 1 wheels, air conditioning, cruise control, a Blaupunkt AM/FM/cassette stereo, and heated power-adjustable front seats trimmed in supple leather. Power is provided by a 5.4-liter DOHC V8. This 928 GTS is now offered in California by the selling dealer at no reserve with a tool kit, an air pump, a car cover, partial service records, a stamped service booklet, manufacturer’s literature, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Montana title.

Finished from the factory in Black Metallic (L738), the car was repainted under prior ownership and received paint correction in 2022. The GTS is distinguished by its rear spoiler, flared rear wheel arches, Cup Design mirrors, GTS badging, and a signature wraparound taillight bar. Exterior equipment also includes an electric sunroof, side protection moldings, integrated fog lights, pop-up headlights, a rear window wiper, and twin exhaust outlets.

Factory 17″ Cup 1 wheels feature full-color Porsche crest center caps and are wrapped in Michelin Pilot Sport tires measuring 225/45 up front and 255/40 at the rear. Force-sensitive power steering came standard, and braking is provided by vented discs at each corner.

The heated power-adjustable front seats and the rear bucket seats were optioned with supple Magenta leather upholstery, and position memory settings are provided for the driver. The cabin is appointed with air conditioning, cruise control, a leather-wrapped airbag steering wheel, central locking, power windows, and a Blaupunkt AM/FM/cassette stereo. The air conditioning condenser and receiver drier were replaced in November 2019. Aftermarket wiring is located at the back of the driver-side footwell and there is a blemish on the underside of the passenger sun visor panel.

VDO instrumentation consists of a 300-km/h speedometer, a tachometer, and gauges for oil pressure, coolant temperature, voltage, and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 88k kilometers (~55k miles).

The 5.4-liter DOHC V8 features LH-Jetronic fuel injection and was factory rated at 345 horsepower and 369 lb-ft of torque. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a five-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential. The water pump, belt, and tensioner were replaced in October 2020, and a dry-ice cleaning service is said to have been performed on the undercarriage in 2022. The car has not passed a California emissions test.
