49-Mile 2000 Honda CB250 Nighthawk

This 2000 Honda CB250 Nighthawk has been registered in California from new and has primarily been kept in storage since, and it now shows 49 miles. Finished in black with silver decals, the bike is powered by an air-cooled 234cc SOHC parallel twin paired with a five-speed transmission. It also features a two-up seat, an electric starter, a Keihin carburetor, a two-into-two exhaust system, drum brakes, wire-spoke wheels, and a side stand. Recently acquired by the selling dealer, this CB250SC is offered at no reserve with a clean California title.

The bike is finished in black with silver decals. Features include a body-color front fender, a two-up seat, a helmet lock, dual grab rails, and a side stand.

Chrome-steel rims measuring 18″ up front and 16″ out back are laced to drum-brake hubs and are mounted with Dunlop D404 tires. Suspension consists of a telescopic fork as well as a pair of preload-adjustable shocks attached to the box-section swingarm.

The chrome-finished handlebar frames a 90-mph speedometer and four indicator lights. The five-digit odometer shows 49 miles.

The air-cooled 234cc SOHC parallel twin is equipped with an electric starter, a single Keihin carburetor, and a two-into-two exhaust system. Factory-rated output was 20 horsepower.

Power is delivered to the rear wheel through a five-speed transmission and a drive chain.

The engine case is stamped with the number MC24E2500209. The current California title omits the prefix and lists the engine number as 2500209.
