This 1995 Mercedes-Benz E320 cabriolet spent time in South Carolina and Tennessee before it was sold on BaT in August 2023. The car shows 33k miles and is powered by a 3.2-liter M104 inline-six mated to a four-speed automatic transmission. It is finished in Garnet Red Metallic over beige leather upholstery, and equipment includes a black soft top, heated power-adjustable front seats, automatic climate control, cruise control, and an AM/FM/cassette stereo. In preparation for the sale, the 15″ Alamak alloy wheels were refinished, and the tires were replaced. This A124 E320 cabriolet was recently acquired by the selling dealer and is now offered at no reserve with manufacturer’s literature and a California title.
The car is finished in Garnet Red Metallic (512) with matching bumper trim and lower side cladding. Additional features include a black soft top, headlight wipers and washers, a power antenna, and a mono-blade windshield wiper. The top hydraulic cylinders were rebuilt, the soft top control unit was replaced, and damage to the right-side door skin was repaired under prior ownership. The 15″ Alamak alloy wheels were refinished in preparation for the sale and were recently mounted with 195/65 Continental tires. Stopping power is provided by ventilated front and solid rear disc brakes with ABS.
The heated power-adjustable front seats are upholstered in beige leather and are complemented by a color-coordinated lower dashboard, center console, door panels, and carpeting. Additional appointments include automatic climate control, cruise control, and an AM/FM/cassette stereo. Blemishes are visible on the backs of the front seats, and the seatbelt presenters do not work.
The four-spoke steering wheel fronts a 160-mph speedometer, a tachometer with an inset analog clock, and gauges for coolant temperature, oil pressure, and fuel level. The six-digit odometer shows 33k miles. The instrument cluster surround is a different texture than the rest of the dashboard.
The 3.2-liter M104 inline-six was rated at 217 horsepower and 229 lb-ft of torque when new. The hood insulation pad was replaced in 2020.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a four-speed automatic transmission.
