This 2006 Ferrari F430 Spider was registered in North and South Carolina before it was sold on BaT in October 2023, and it now has 15k miles. Specified in Giallo Modena over Nero leather upholstery, the car is powered by a 4.3-liter DOHC V8 paired with a six-speed manual transaxle. The car has been retrofitted with Capristo exhaust components, and equipment includes a black convertible soft top, 19″ split-spoke alloy wheels, an electronically controlled limited-slip differential, cross-drilled and ventilated brake rotors, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, power-adjustable Daytona-style seats, a wind deflector, carbon-fiber interior trim, a factory stereo, a gated shifter with a carbon-fiber shift knob, a Hi-Fi sound system, and automatic climate control. This F430 is now offered in California at no reserve on consignment by the selling dealer, a BaT Local Partner, with manufacturer’s literature, a car cover, a Ferrari-branded flashlight, a battery tender, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Montana title.

The Pininfarina-designed body is finished in Giallo Modena and features a power-retractable black soft top, xenon headlights with washers, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, side air intakes, and quad exhaust tips exiting on either side of the rear diffuser. There are cracks in the center of the rear diffuser below the license plate bracket, and additional photos of the paint and trim condition are viewable in the gallery below.

The 19″ split-spoke alloy wheels wear 225/35 front and 285/35 rear Pirelli P Zero tires that were reportedly mounted in August 2022. Braking is handled by black-finished Ferrari-branded brake calipers over cross-drilled and ventilated rotors.

The power-adjustable Daytona-style bucket seats are upholstered in Nero leather with yellow piping, while carbon-fiber trim accents the cabin. Equipment includes storage nets, a gated shifter with a carbon-fiber shift knob, automatic climate control, a factory stereo, a wind deflector, machined aluminum pedals, and power windows and locks. Replacement speakers have been installed, and the removed factory speakers will accompany the car.

The carbon-fiber- and leather-trimmed steering wheel is equipped with an engine-start button as well as a manettino dial for control of dynamic settings. Instrumentation includes a central tachometer with an 8,500-rpm redline as well as a 220-mph speedometer and gauges for coolant temperature, oil temperature, and oil pressure. The digital odometer indicates 15k miles.

The mid-mounted 4.3-liter F136 V8 features Bosch Motronic engine management and a dry-sump lubrication system. Factory-rated output was 483 horsepower and 343 lb-ft of torque. The car has been retrofitted with Capristo exhaust components.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transaxle and an electronically controlled limited-slip differential.
