This 2013 BMW M3 coupe is one of 200 in the Lime Rock Park Edition, all of which were finished in Fire Orange over a black leather interior and powered by a 4.0-liter V8. This example was specified with a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission, and it was acquired by the current owner shortly after being listed on BaT in April 2023. The connecting rod bearings were subsequently replaced, and the car was modified with an Eventuri carbon-fiber intake, a CSF radiator, a Dinan crankshaft pulley, and revised engine management software as well as several aftermarket exterior, interior, and suspension components. Factory equipment includes the Competition, Premium, and Cold Weather packages along with a carbon-fiber roof panel, a limited-slip differential, 19″ Style 359 wheels, heated front seats, and iDrive with navigation. This E92 M3 has 24k miles and is offered on consignment in California by the selling dealer, a BaT Local Partner, with an owner’s manual, service records, a Carfax report, and a clean Montana title.
The Lime Rock Park Edition was produced for a single model year, and all were finished in Fire Orange (U94) and equipped with a carbon-fiber roof panel. This example has been modified with aftermarket headlights and hood vent bezels as well as aerodynamic components including front canards, side skirts, a rear spoiler, and a rear diffuser. Damage is noted in an August 2024 entry of the Carfax report, which also lists an accident in March 2025.
The Competition Package was standard on the Lime Rock Park Edition M3 and includes a lowered ride height as well as retuned Electronic Damping Control (EDC) and Dynamic Stability Control (DSC). The 19″ Style 359 wheels are mounted with Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires, and braking is handled by four-wheel vented and cross-drilled discs measuring 14.2″ and 13.8″ front and rear, respectively. Dinan front strut bars and Whiteline sway bars, sway bar end links, and sway bar bushings have been installed.
The heated power-adjustable front sport seats are upholstered in Black Novillo leather, and amenities include Enhanced Premium Sound, iDrive with navigation, Comfort Access keyless entry, a CD stereo, a power rear sunshade, dual-zone automatic climate control, and cruise control. Interior modifications include carbon-fiber trim, a Dinan pedal set, a tri-color emergency brake lever boot, a blue start button, and an Android Auto/Apple CarPlay interface module for the infotainment system.
The Alcantara-wrapped, flat-bottom steering wheel features aftermarket paddle shifters along with tri-color stitching and frames an M-branded tachometer, a 200-mph speedometer, a central information display, and gauges for oil temperature and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 24k miles.
The 4.0-liter S65 V8 was previously equipped with a supercharger that has since been removed. Power is sent to the rear wheels via a seven-speed M-DCT dual-clutch transmission and a Variable M Differential Lock. Records indicate that the following work was performed under current ownership:
- Replace connecting rod bearings; Install upgraded ARP rod bolts; Replace engine mounts
- Install Eventuri carbon-fiber intake plenum, air box lid, and intakes
- Install CSF radiator and Mahle thermostat; Replace radiator hoses; Flush coolant
- Install Dinan crankshaft pulley
- Install aftermarket engine management software
The Carfax report notes the aforementioned accidents.
The car is titled in Montana but located in California. It most recently passed a California smog test in March 2023.
