2024 Ferrari 296 GTS

This 2024 Ferrari 296 GTS is powered by a twin-turbocharged 3.0-liter F163 V6 and an MGU-K electric motor that drive the rear wheels through an eight-speed F1 automatic transaxle. The car was sold new in California and was recently acquired by the selling dealer. It has 1,700 miles and is finished in Extra Range Nero Daytona over white leather with black stitching and headrest embroidery. Equipment includes a power-retractable hardtop, 20″ alloy wheels, carbon-ceramic brakes, a front-axle lift system, the AFS lighting system, an advanced front driving camera, back radar, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, a speed-activated mobile rear wing, full electric bucket seats, a carbon-fiber steering wheel and interior trim, cruise control, and automatic climate control. This 296 GTS is now offered by the selling dealer with factory literature and a California title.

The 296 model line was introduced for the 2022 model year with the GTB hardtop, and it was billed as the first Ferrari-badged road car powered by a six-cylinder engine. The open-topped GTS variant debuted in Basel, Switzerland, in July 2022, and it features additional chassis reinforcements as well as a power-folding hardtop that retracts in a factory-claimed 14 seconds.

This example is finished in Extra Range Nero Daytona (508), and it is further equipped with the Advanced Front Lighting system, front and rear parking sensors, an advanced front driving camera, back radar, quarter panel air vents, a speed-activated mobile rear wing, and dual black exhaust outlets that exit through the rear valance.

The 20″ alloy wheels are mounted with 245/35 front and 305/35 rear Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires. The 296 GTB features an aluminum chassis with a 102.4″ wheelbase as well as magnetorheological dampers and an electronic Side Slip Control (eSSC) system. Stopping power is provided by aluminum-painted calipers over cross-drilled carbon-ceramic rotors, and the car is equipped with an optional front-axle lift system.

The full electric special-design bucket seats are trimmed in white leather with black stitching, cavallino headrest embroidery, and Alcantara inserts. Interior appointments include a multimedia system with Apple CarPlay capability and navigation, a black leather headliner, a Premium Hi-Fi system, a wireless phone charger, cruise control, an electrochromatic rearview mirror, automatic climate control, and a metal gear selector styled after a traditional gated shifter.

The flat-bottom carbon-fiber steering wheel sits ahead of column-mounted paddle shifters and features a manettino drive-mode selector, a haptic engine-start button, and capacitive buttons for various other vehicle controls. The configurable digital instrument cluster includes a digital odometer that indicates 1,700 miles.

The twin-turbocharged 3.0-liter F163 V6 debuted in the 296 GTB and is linked to an MGU-K (Motor Generator Unit, Kinetic) electric motor for a combined output of 819 horsepower and 546 lb-ft of torque. The F163 features a 120-degree wide-angle design, and a pair of IHI turbos shared with the SF90 are mounted between the cylinder heads in a “hot-vee” configuration. A 7.45-kWh battery is mounted beneath the cabin floor behind the seats. A plaque showing the chassis number is mounted in the engine bay.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through an eight-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox shared with the SF90 Stradale, Roma, and Portofino M.

A Personalization Specifications plaque affixed to the inside of the front trunk indicates the color scheme and optional equipment.
