This 2020 BMW M2 Competition was initially registered in Hawaii and was relocated in 2024 to California, where it was purchased by the current owner. Now indicating 3,800 miles, the car is powered by a twin-turbocharged 3.0L inline-six mated to a six-speed manual transmission and finished in Black Sapphire Metallic over Black Dakota leather. M Performance carbon-fiber aerodynamic components and exhaust system have been added, and additional features include an Active M limited-slip differential, Park Distance Control, 19″ Style 788M alloy wheels, LED headlights, heated power-adjustable front seats, Apple CarPlay, and a Harman Kardon sound system. This F87 is now offered on dealer consignment with a window sticker, the owner’s manual, a clean Carfax report, and a clean California title.
The M2 features revised bodywork compared with the contemporary F22 2-Series including flared wheel arches and aerodynamic front and rear bumper covers. This example is finished in Black Sapphire Metallic (475) and added M Performance carbon-fiber parts include a front lip, side winglets, a rear diffuser, and a trunk lid spoiler. Additional features include LED headlights, side gills, Park Distance Control, and quad exhaust outlets.
The 19″ Style 788M alloy wheels are mounted with Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires. The car is equipped with an M-specific sport suspension, and braking is handled by M-logo six-piston front and four-piston rear calipers mounted over cross-drilled rotors.
The heated power-adjustable front M Sport seats are trimmed in black Dakota perforated leather and feature orange stitching and illuminated M2 badges on the backrests. Carbon-fiber trim accents the cabin, and additional amenities include Comfort Access, Active Driving Assistant, a rear-view camera, ambient lighting, a Harman Kardon sound system, cruise control, dual-zone automatic climate control, and an iDrive infotainment system with navigation and Apple CarPlay capability.
The leather-wrapped multifunction M sport steering wheel frames a 180-mph speedometer, a 7,500-rpm tachometer, and a fuel-level gauge. The digital odometer indicates 3,800 miles.
The twin-turbocharged S55B30 3.0-liter TwinPower inline-six is mounted behind a carbon fiber U-brace. Factory-rated output was 405 horsepower and 406 lb-ft of torque. The car is equipped with an M Performance exhaust system with electronically controlled exhaust valves.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transmission and an Active M limited-slip differential.
The window sticker lists initial delivery to BMW of Honolulu in Hawaii, along with factory colors, standard features, options, and a total suggested retail price of $62,365.
