This 2011 Porsche 911 Turbo S coupe was acquired on BaT in August 2022 by the current owner, who added approximately 1k of its 5k miles. It is finished in GT Silver Metallic over black leather and powered by a twin-turbocharged 3.8L flat-six that drives all four wheels via a seven-speed PDK dual-clutch transaxle. Equipment includes the Turbo Aerokit, the Sport Chrono Package, 19″ RS Spyder forged center-locking wheels, Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes, a Soul Performance X-pipe, heated and ventilated front seats, and PCM with navigation. Forged 19″ RS Spyder center-locking wheels are mounted with Pirelli P Zero tires measuring 235/35 up front and 305/30 out back. The car has been lowered on H&R springs and is equipped with Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM) as well as Porsche Stability Management (PSM) with an automatic brake differential (ABD). Braking is handled by Porsche-branded six- and four-piston calipers over ceramic-composite rotors measuring 15″ and 13.8″ front and rear, respectively. The brake fluid was flushed and an alignment was performed under current ownership.
The cabin features heated and ventilated 12-way power-adjustable front seats upholstered in black leather that extends to the dashboard and door panels. Aluminum-look trim accents the interior and additional features include auto-dimming mirrors, driver-seat memory settings, a Bose sound system, automatic climate control, cruise control, and Porsche Communication Management (PCM) with navigation. This example was optioned with illuminated stainless-steel Turbo S-branded door sill guards. The cabin air filter was replaced under current ownership.
The leather-wrapped steering wheel is equipped with paddle shifters and frames a central tachometer and a 225-mph speedometer, as well as gauges for oil temperature, oil pressure, coolant temperature, and fuel level. The Sport Chrono Package added a stopwatch atop the dashboard. The digital odometer indicates just under 5k miles, approximately 1k of which have been added under current ownership.
The twin-turbocharged 3.8L flat-six features direct fuel injection, VarioCam variable valve timing, and dynamic engine mounts. A Soul Performance X-pipe was installed under current ownership along with an oil change, a PDK service, and replacement of the spark plugs, engine air filter, and serpentine belt.
Power is sent to all four wheels through a seven-speed PDK dual-clutch transaxle. The 997 Turbo S featured Porsche Torque Vectoring (PTV) and a mechanically locking rear differential as standard.
