What Makes the Hudson Italia So Special?
The Italia was Hudson’s moonshot – a sleek, futuristic coupe unlike anything else on American roads in the 50s. As one of 26 coupes built with aluminum bodywork by Carrozzeria Touring in Milan, Italy, over Hudson Jet underpinnings during a single year of production.
A Project with Provenance
Chassis 10007 is believed to have been displayed at the 1954 Paris Motor Show before being first registered in Sweden in July of 1955. The car has since been imported to the US and has remained under the same ownership for the past 25 years.
Our Hudson Italia is restored and mechanically ready for its next chapter. The car even comes with 3D-scans of a fully restored Italia that the future owner can leverage to make parts for their vehicle.
