Supercharged LS3-Powered 1967 Chevrolet Camaro

This 1967 Chevrolet Camaro coupe was the subject of a custom build in 2017 that was commissioned by SEMA Cares and WD-40 to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Camaro production, and it was displayed at the 2018 SEMA show before being auctioned off in January 2019. The build included a repaint in yellow, an interior re-trim in black and yellow, and the installation of a 6.2-liter GM Performance LS3 V8 along with a Vortec supercharger and a 4L65E four-speed automatic transmission. An Art Morrison chassis is fitted with C6 Corvette-style suspension components and Baer disc brakes, and additional equipment includes a center console, a Lokar shifter, a Kenwood touchscreen stereo, a carbon-fiber rear spoiler, flush-mounted Kindig-It door handles, and 18″ Budnik wheels. This modified Camaro is now offered on dealer consignment in California with a Florida title.

The body was refinished in yellow during the build and is accented with black bumpers, black mirrors, a custom black nose stripe, and a carbon-fiber rear spoiler. Additional details include a front spoiler, a locking fuel cap, and Kindig-It flush-mounted door handles.

The car rides on an Art Morrison chassis that is said to utilize C6 Corvette-style suspension components. Budnik 18″ wheels are finished in bronze and wrapped in 245/45 front and 285/40 rear Nitto NT555 G2 tires. Braking is handled by four-wheel discs with Baer calipers.

The cabin features front bucket seats and a rear bench upholstered in black Roadwire upholstery with yellow piping and WD-40 logos in the headrests. The center console surrounds a Lokar shifter and houses a Kenwood touchscreen stereo unit.

The glove box door was reportedly signed by Jimmie Johnson, Jeff Gordon, and Dale Earnhardt, Jr.

An NRG Innovations steering wheel is mounted to a quick-release hub ahead of aftermarket gauges consisting of a 140-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and gauges for oil pressure, coolant temperature, fuel level, and voltage. The digital odometer on this 1967 Chevrolet Camaro shows under 1k miles. Total mileage is unknown.

The 6.2-liter GM Performance LS3 E-Rod V8 was installed during the 2017 build and is fitted with a Vortec centrifugal supercharger as well as a Roto-Fab carbon-fiber plenum cover and Roto-Fab-branded fuel rail covers. A Mishimoto aluminum radiator is installed along with a polished overflow container.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a 4L65E four-speed automatic transmission.
