This Factory Five Racing Mk2 Roadster is a Cobra replica finished in gray metallic with black metallic stripes over black vinyl, and it is powered by a fuel-injected 302ci V8 mated to a Tremec TKO five-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. Equipment includes side exhaust pipes, a driver’s roll hoop, 17” Halibrand-style wheels, Simpson harnesses, a wood-rimmed steering wheel, and power steering. This Factory Five Roadster was sold on BaT in October 2021 and is now offered at no reserve on dealer consignment in California with a Montana title that lists the car as a 2004 replica Cobra.
The car is finished in gray metallic with black metallic stripes, and the exterior trim pieces are powder coated black. Exterior features include hood pins, a hood scoop, a bullet-style driver-side mirror, side exhaust pipes, and a driver’s roll hoop.
Halibrand-style American Racing 17″ wheels are powder-coated black and wear Sumitomo HTR ZII tires measuring 255/40 front and 275/40 rear. The car is equipped with power steering and features disc brakes all around.
The bucket seats are upholstered in black vinyl and are accompanied by a matching dashboard, door panels, and carpets. The car is fitted with Simpson harnesses and leather door straps.
The wood-rimmed steering wheel frames a 160-mph speedometer and an 8k-rpm tachometer, and auxiliary Stewart-Warner gauges are present in the center of the dash. The five-digit odometer shows 5k miles.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a Tremec TKO five-speed manual transmission and 8.8″ Ford rear end with a limited-slip differential.
