This 1991 Porsche 911 Carrera 2 is a RoW coupe that was modified by Madster Speed Services in the Netherlands with backdated longhood steel bodywork, and it is powered by a 3.8-liter flat-six mated to a G50 five-speed manual transaxle and limited-slip differential. The car is finished in silver over a red interior housing fixed-back leather bucket seats, custom door panels, a backdated dashboard, a MOMO steering wheel, air conditioning, and a vintage-look stereo. Additional equipment includes Fuchs-style wheels, Bilstein coilovers, a custom exhaust system, and an aftermarket ECU chip. This 964 C2 coupe was acquired by the current owner in 2022 and is now offered in California on dealer consignment with a clean Carfax report and a Colorado title.
The car was modified with steel backdated bodywork with a longhood conversion, a sunroof delete panel, and widened fenders. A custom front bumper with dual air intakes was also installed along with a ducktail-style rear spoiler and decklid grille, aluminum trim, an RS-style rear bumper with dual center exit exhaust outlets, and custom headlights, taillights, and power-adjustable aluminum mirrors. Paint protection film has been applied to the exterior.
The 17″ Fuchs-style wheels are wrapped in Michelin Pilot Sport tires measuring 225/45 up front and 275/40 out back. Upgraded brakes, adjustable Bilstein coilovers, and monoball rear trailing arm bushings were installed during the build.
The fixed-back front bucket seats have been reupholstered in red leather with silver ventilation grommets and basketweave-pattern inserts, and matching upholstery extends to the rear seats and door panels. The backdated dashboard is trimmed in black leather accented by red basketweave trim, and it houses a vintage-style stereo and custom switchgear for the air conditioning and climate controls.
The leather-wrapped MOMO steering wheel frames custom gauges including a 300-km/h speedometer and a 7k-rpm tachometer. The six-digit odometer shows 900 kilometers (~600 miles), and total chassis mileage is unknown.
The air-cooled M64 flat-six has been increased in displacement to 3.8-liters and features Mahle pistons and cylinders, Cup camshafts, a custom airbox, an aftermarket ECU chip, and a custom exhaust system. The car is not equipped with a catalytic converter.
Power is sent to the rear wheels via a G50 five-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential.
The Carfax report is free of accidents or other reported damage in two entries from September and December 2022.
The car cannot pass a California emissions test, therefore it cannot be sold to an in-state private party buyer.
