This 1995 Bentley Continental R was registered with two owners in California until 2024, and it features a customized interior with ostrich leather upholstery. Finished in Dark Oyster Metallic, the car is powered by a turbocharged 6.75-liter V8 paired with a four-speed automatic transmission, and it has Automatic Ride Control suspension, 17″ alloy wheels, anti-lock brakes, and heated front seats. This Continental R is offered on dealer consignment in California with manufacturer’s literature, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Arizona title.
The metallic gray finish on the Mulliner Park Ward-built body is contrasted by chrome door handles and bright trim on the bumpers and window surrounds. Up front, the parking lights are complemented by amber LED lighting integrated with the car’s aftermarket headlights.
The 17″ aluminum wheels are mounted with 245/60 Michelin Energy LX4 tires. Hydraulic self-leveling rear suspension was standard equipment, and the anti-lock disc brakes have twin-piston front calipers over 279mm rotors. Curb weight is 5,400 lbs.
Trimmed at the factory in Sandstone leather with Chocolate piping, the heated and power-adjustable front seats feature inserts upholstered with ostrich leather that extends to the armrests and parcel shelf. The four-passenger cabin also has a leather headliner and bookmatched wood trim in addition to dual-zone automatic climate control, a cassette stereo, and — for the first time in a Bentley model — a gear selector in the center console.
The leather-wrapped four-spoke steering wheel frames a 170-mph speedometer and a tachometer with a 4,500-rpm redline, while gauges in the center stack display oil temperature, oil pressure, coolant temperature, voltage, fuel level, and outside temperature. The six-digit odometer shows 36k miles.
Factory rated at 335 horsepower and 485 lb-ft of torque, the turbocharged 6.75-liter V8 sends power to the rear wheels through a 4L80-E four-speed automatic transmission.
