35k-Mile 1999 Ferrari F355 Berlinetta 6-Speed

This 1999 Ferrari F355 Berlinetta is finished in Nurburgring Silver over black Connolly leather, and it is equipped with a Challenge-style rear grille and Scuderia Ferrari fender shields. It is powered by a 3.5-liter DOHC V8 linked with a gated six-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential, and additional equipment includes 18″ five-spoke magnesium wheels, pop-up headlights, red-finished brake calipers, an Alpine CD stereo, and a floor-mounted fire extinguisher. The car shows 35k miles following 12 years in the care of its current owner, and it has been registered in Texas, Arkansas, Minnesota, and Florida. A January 2024 engine-out service was performed in preparation for the sale, which included replacement of the timing belts, timing belt tensioners, valve cover gasket, and camshaft seal, as well as rebuilds of the water pump and power steering pump. This F355 Berlinetta is now offered on dealer consignment in California with tools, accessories, a service records, a damage-free Carfax report, and a clean Florida title

The Pininfarina-designed body is finished in Nurburgring Silver (101), and styling elements include pop-up headlights, front fog lights, an integrated rear decklid spoiler, quad exhaust outlets, a vented engine cover, and air intakes on the doors and rocker panels. The car is equipped with Scuderia Ferrari fender shields and a Challenge-style rear grille, and close-up photographs of the exterior finish and trim are shown in the gallery below.

The 18″ five-spoke magnesium wheels are mounted with Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires. Ferrari-branded brake calipers are mounted over ventilated discs at each corner.

The cabin features sport seats trimmed in black Connolly leather, and matching leather extends to the center console, door panel inserts, and dashboard. Amenities include a gated shifter, automatic climate control, an Alpine AM/FM/CD stereo, and drilled aluminum pedals. A fire extinguisher is mounted in the passenger footwell, and the selling dealer notes that sticky buttons have been refinished. Warped leather can be seen on the glovebox lid.

The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 200-mph speedometer, a 10k-rpm tachometer, and gauges for oil pressure and coolant temperature. Ancillary instruments in the center stack include an analog clock and gauges for fuel level and oil temperature. The six-digit odometer shows 35k miles, approximately 1k of which were added under current ownership.

The mid-mounted 3.5-liter DOHC V8 features five valves per cylinder and dry-sump lubrication for a factory-rated output of 375 horsepower and 268 lb-ft of torque, which is routed to the rear wheels via a six-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential. In January 2024, an engine-out service was performed at Blackhorse Motor Sports in Newbury Park, CA, which entailed replacement of the timing belts, timing belt tensioners, valve cover gasket, and camshaft seal, as well as rebuilds of the water pump and power steering pump. The corresponding invoice is visible in the gallery below.
