2016 Porsche Cayman GT4

This 2016 Porsche Cayman GT4 was registered in Florida and California before it was acquired by the current owner on BaT in November 2020, and subsequent work reportedly included replacing the tires and the paint protection film on the front end as well as adding lower seat bolster protectors. The car is finished in Jet Black Metallic over black leather and Alcantara upholstery, and it is powered by a 3.8-liter flat-six paired with a six-speed manual transaxle. Factory options include an extended-range fuel tank, carbon-ceramic brakes, full bucket seats, carbon-fiber interior accents, and PCM with navigation. This Cayman GT4 has 22k miles and is now offered on dealer consignment in California with a window sticker, service records, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Illinois title.

The GT4 features revised bodywork compared to a standard Cayman, including a fixed rear spoiler, revised front and rear bumper covers, and enlarged side air intakes. This example is finished in Jet Black Metallic and features bi-xenon headlights, GT4 badging, black rear wing supports, and central dual exhaust outlets. The lower front spoiler and left front fender shield were replaced in June 2019. Replacement paint protection film was applied to the front bumper cover, front trunk lid and fenders, side intakes, and mirror caps within the last year, according to the selling dealer.

The 20″ GT4 alloy wheels are mounted with 245/35 front and 295/30 rear Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires that were installed in 2024. Braking is handled by optional Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes with yellow calipers. The GT4 utilized front suspension components from the 991.1 GT3 as well as a specially tuned multi-link rear setup, Porsche Stability Management, Porsche Torque Vectoring, and PASM adaptive dampers.

The cabin features optional full bucket seats trimmed in black leather with Alcantara inserts, yellow stitching, and embroidered headrests. Additional amenities include carbon fiber trim, cruise control, air conditioning, and PCM with navigation. Lower seat bolster protectors with yellow stitching were added under current ownership.

The Alcantara-wrapped sport steering wheel frames a GT4-branded central tachometer with a 7,600-rpm redline as well as a 200-mph speedometer and a digital display. The digital odometer on this 2016 Porsche Cayman GT4 indicates 22k miles, approximately 4k of which were added under current ownership.

The rear cargo area covers the mid-mounted 3.8L flat-six, which was shared with the contemporary 991 Carrera S and was factory rated at 385 horsepower and 309 lb-ft of torque. Service in May 2024 consisted of an oil change and replacing the cabin air filter. The car most recently passed a California emissions test in November 2017.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a replacement six-speed manual transaxle that was reportedly installed as part of a manufacturer recall under warranty by Porsche Marin of Redwood Valley, California in June 2019.

The window sticker lists initial delivery to Champion Porsche of Pompano Beach in Florida, along with equipment, options, and a total price of $106,535
