This 2008 Triumph Thruxton 900 has been modified with matte black paint, clip-on handlebars, a custom top triple clamp, a digital gauge, a black-finished dual exhaust system, LED turn signals, and removal of its rear fender. It is powered by a 865cc DOHC parallel twin mated to a five-speed transmission. This Thruxton is now offered by the selling dealer with a California title.
The bodywork was refinished in matte black as part of a build completed under prior ownership. Equipment includes LED turn signals, a two-up seat, a passenger seat cowl, and a side stand.
Wire-spoke wheels measuring 18″ up front and 17″ out back are mounted with Bridgestone Battlax tires. Suspension consists of a conventional fork with black gaiters as well as dual shocks with progressive-rate springs. Braking is from Nissin twin-piston calipers and cross-drilled rotors at both ends.
Black-finished clip-on handlebars are secured below the top triple clamp via LSL mounts and feature with bar-end mirrors, a Rizoma brake master cylinder reservoir, aftermarket brake and clutch levers. A digital instrument readout mounted in the upper triple clamp displays an odometer showing 855 miles. Total mileage is unknown.
The air-cooled 865cc DOHC parallel twin features a pair of Keihin carburetors, an oil cooler, and a black-finished dual exhaust system with wrapped headpipes and upswept mufflers.
Power is sent to the rear wheel through a five-speed gearbox and a drive chain.
