This 1303 Super Beetle was acquired by the selling dealer in 2023 and is now offered at no reserve with a clean California title.

The car is finished in Viper Red and features hidden door hinges, body-color bumpers, and a black convertible soft top. The trim, hood handle and decklid handles, and license plate housing have been shaved, while the turn signals have been relocated to the front bumper. Additional details include Porsche-script door handles, flag-style mirrors, and Cibie European-specification headlights.

Fuchs Style 15″ wheels are mounted with 185/65 Continental TrueContact tires. The car rides on a lowered suspension, and stopping power is provided by four-wheel disc brakes with cross-drilled rotors. Corrosion is visible on the wheels.

A pair of Porsche bucket seats have been fitted, which are trimmed in black upholstery with perforated inserts and joined by color-coordinated door panels and carpeting. Interior elements include a short shifter, a lockable glove compartment, and an Alpine CD stereo.

The three-spoke MOMO Monte Carlo steering wheel wears a Porsche-crest horn button and fronts a 100-mph VDO speedometer with an inset fuel-level gauge as well as a tachometer and gauges for oil pressure and oil temperature. Readouts for cylinder head temperature and voltage are mounted below the dashboard. The five-digit mechanical odometer shows 20k miles, and true mileage is unknown.

The air-cooled Type 4 flat-four was reportedly built by Fat Performance and is equipped with a Vintage Speed exhaust, dual Weber 44 IDF carburetors, and a vacuum advance distributor. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a Type 901 five-speed manual transaxle.
