This 1959 Porsche 356A coupe was built on October 21, 1958 and refurbished around 2022. The car is finished in Silver Metallic over red leather. It is powered by a 1.6-liter flat-four paired with a four-speed manual transaxle, and features include 15″ ventilated steel wheels, body-color bumpers, and bucket seats. This 356A coupe is now offered on dealer consignment with a Porsche Certificate of Authenticity, a tool kit, and a clean California title.

The car came finished from the factory in Silver Metallic (5806) and was repainted during the aforementioned refurbishment, at which time the doors were replaced. Blemishes are pointed out in the gallery below.

The 15″ ventilated steel wheels wear Porsche-crested hubcaps and are mounted with Continental Sport Contact tires measuring 175/65. The car was factory equipped with drum brakes at each corner.

The bucket seats were reupholstered in red leather and replacement beige squareweave carpets were installed during the refurbishment. Interior appointments include a passenger-side grab handle, a Porsche-branded radio blanking plate, and a body-color painted dashboard.

The two-spoke steering wheel frames VDO instrumentation consisting of a central 6k-rpm tachometer, a 120-mph speedometer, and a combination gauge monitoring oil temperature and fuel level. The five-digit odometer shows 96k miles, which is not believed to be accurate. Total mileage is unknown.

The 1.6-liter flat-four features dual carburetors. A replacement fuel tank and engine mounts were installed during the refurbishment.

Power is routed to the rear wheels through a four-speed manual transaxle, which was rebuilt during the refurbishment.
