The Auction
Robert Dietz, founder of WOB Cars shared in the comments of the auction, “One of the coolest, of most legendary modern Mercedes! Amazing to look at, more amazing to drive. Rare, beautiful, engaging, wonderful history, great colors, serviced, and simply heavenly!”
Rob continued,”We have had this car in our showroom and under our wing for a long time and have been proud to be its caretaker. The biggest joke was that no matter what we put in the showroom – could have a bag of free cash – everyone walks right by everything right to the Evo. It has SO much presence just sitting still. Driving it? Dreams can come true it turns out.”
The 1990 Mercedes-Benz 190E 2.5-16 Evo II sold on Bring a Trailer for $328,000 on June 17th.
